RIZE Opportunity Zone Tax Advantage Fund
RIZE Opportunity Fund (ROF) will invest in designated Opportunity Zones certified by the U.S. Treasury Department in the greater St. George, Utah metropolitan area.

Pursuant to Opportunity Zone tax legislation, at least 90% of ROF’s assets must be invested in businesses and tangible property located in Opportunity Zones.
Pursuant to Opportunity Zone tax legislation, ROF will initiate equity investments in real estate and businesses that are in the St. George Opportunity Zones. Debt investments do not qualify for tax benefits. Real estate investments are subject to “substantial improvement” tax provisions.
